Technology in Action
Our manufacturing facilities have been transformed with state-of-the-art equipment, including new five-axis grinding machines and a custom-built double-disc grinding machine. These installations, combined with our advanced digital monitoring systems, are already enhancing production precision and efficiency . The newly upgraded Furnace 7 control system rounds out our digital integration efforts, giving us unprecedented control over product quality .
Sustainability in Numbers
Our commitment to environmental responsibility is delivering tangible results. Our photovoltaic installations now generate 900,000 kWh annually across both facilities, reducing CO₂ emissions by 480 tonnes per year – equivalent to taking 104 cars off the road! We’ve also implemented smart energy solutions, from centralized compressed air systems to infrared heating, all working together to minimize our environmental impact.
Looking Ahead
We’re eagerly anticipating the completion of our electric furnace project in Plovdiv, a groundbreaking initiative that will further reduce emissions while enhancing product quality through precise firing conditions.
